When the app is under maintenance, you will not be able to log in. In this case, even if you enter a valid Player ID, the message "Please enter a valid ID" will be displayed. Please try logging in again after the app maintenance is complete.

Purchased items will be sent to the present box in the game.
If items purchased from the Official Shop are not appearing in-game, please try restarting the application.

When the app is under maintenance, you won't be able to make a payment. During this time, you may see an error message that says "A valid user ID is required," and you will not be able to enter the necessary payment information.
